i found the breakfast buffet offered varied options. the hotel staff provided transport arrangements to the airport. i found the room had city views and was of a good size.
the pillows felt quite flat so i had to request more.

A stellar stay!
gin kit rooftop view
I appreciated the complimentary gin kit provided upon arrival. It was a NICE touch. the rooftop bar offered fine views and delicious cocktails, a major plus.

underwhelming experience, some issues noticed
stale pastries poor soundproofing
the breakfast buffet seemed good at first, however, the pastries tasted stale, a disappointment given what i'd expect. i had some trouble regulating the temperature in my room, it was either too hot or too cold despite fiddling with the thermostat. also, the soundproofing was bad, and i heard street noise all night, that certainly affect my sleep.

friendly staff complimentary drinks relaxing sauna
the staff was friendly and accommodating! i felt very welcome. the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. the sauna area was very relaxing after a long day.
the pool wasn't heated . it was too cold to enjoy a swim, a bit disappointing.

breakfast included a good variety of options, and the service was attentive. there was a plentiful breakfast buffet and complimentary snacks were provided daily! this was especially appreciated after hot days of touring, and the quality was high. the drinks were very well prepared

welcome kit full breakfast dark rooms lumpy pillows
the hotel room was well-equipped with amenities. a welcome kit allowed me to make complimentary gin and tonics, a nice touch. also, i received a welcome letter, treats, and a bottle of wine. the breakfast included for gold members had a full hot breakfast with a plentiful buffet. i ordered avocado toast with bacon and mushrooms.
the rooms were very dark. i needed much better lighting because the rooms did not feel inviting. beds were not comfortable, and i struggled to sleep. also, the pillows were lumpy.

perfect shuttle fresh water beautiful rooftop
The shuttle service worked perfectly. the room service was also perfect. the staff gave us fresh water whenever we asked. the rooftop view was beautiful though. It was a little crowded at times.
I noticed a small gap between the twin beds. It was slightly inconvenient
